Came back home after vacation and had a lot of laundry to wash. Temperatures were freezing and a waterline burst spraying water everywhere.
At 6 PM I was able to get a hold of midstate sewer, and talk to a person right away without worry about an answering automated machine.
A technician came out to our house and was able to cap off the broken water line we were not using and allow us to turn our water back on in less than 1 to 2 hours.
Excellent customer Service and prompt arrival. Would recommend to anyone needing water or sewer maintenance.

Jameson was amazing!! Came out at 4am on a super busy night after a bunch of rain and took care of the issue quick. Drains were full of tree roots. He came back the next day with a water jet and blasted every root out of existence. Camera showed the drains are now smooth as a baby's bottom. Fantastic work, make him your first call!
